A self help coach was wanting to offer a new product on their website to potential clients, but did not feel they were getting a true sense of information those potential clients were seeking.

Our task was to gather data which would help narrow down the general topics their prospective clients were seeking on their website.

We were able to gather data using broad keyword searches and narrow down the top three self help topics being searched by potential clients. 

Using this data the client was able to determine what prospective clients were seeking and was able to develop products and services to meet the need of those prospective clients.

 An employee with a medical company contacted us late on a Friday afternoon requesting a PowerPoint presentation to be used in a meeting on Monday morning which meant she needed the presentation back by Sunday afternoon.

The written portion of the slides was provided by the client; however, she needed very specific art work to enhance the remaining portions of the presentation. 

So what was the challenge?

Some of the art work was very specific to the medical field and had to be provided by the client which she did not have in her possession.  She was depending on a colleague to provide her with the information which would then be passed on to us to place into the presentation. 

In the meantime we were searching for additional art work to enhance the presentation.  Time was running out and all of the information had still not been provided; however, we were able to complete our portion of the assigned task and return it to the client within the requested deadline.
